urgently hiring 5 licensed Life Insurance Agents to support a
heavy enrollment schedule this month and next month We currently have 12
active client accounts scheduled for enrollment , creating immediate opportunities for licensed agents who are ready to work onsite, engage employees, and generate income right away.
This is a
high-volume, consultative outside sales role with structured scheduling and dedicated enrollment support.

Key Responsibilities - Conduct group presentations and one-on-one benefit consultations (in-person and virtual).
- Educate employees on benefit options including Life, Accident, Disability, and supplemental products .
- Guide employees through the enrollment process using client systems and Employee Navigator .
- Clearly explain coverage options, eligibility, and policy details.
- Maintain accurate and complete records within the CRM system.
- Coordinate closely with Enrollment Outreach Representatives (EORs) to ensure efficient scheduling and high participation rates.
- Support post-enrollment follow-ups to address employee questions and resolve issues.
- Represent ERB professionally while working onsite at client locations.
Qualifications - Active Life & Health Insurance License .
- 1 year preferred, but newly licensed agents with the right drive are encouraged to apply - our Accelerated Income Program is designed for you."
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
- Experience with public sector, municipal, or union-based enrollments is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
