Maide For You Inc is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Professionals to join our growing team in Gorham, ME! Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning services to company standards
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all areas including kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
• Follow client-specific cleaning checklists and special instructions
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients at all times
• Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled windows
• Report any damages, supply needs, or client concerns to management

Requirements:

• Prior cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Trustworthy and professional with respect for client homes and privacy
